Description
• Manage scheduling and calendar for the CEO • Ensure seamless communication and follow-up with key stakeholders • Handle internal and external communications • Work seamlessly with other team members • Arrange travel logistics for the CEO and handle ad hoc tasks proactively
Requirements
• At least 4+ years as an Executive Assistant or in an operations/support position • Experience supporting senior executives with proactive, high-velocity leadership styles • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational, project management, problem-solving skills, and multitasking abilities • Familiarity with the speed of startups and the technology sector is a plus
