Description

• Manage a book of business, driving revenue and new business ($5M+ annually) with a focus on the tech & telecom vertical • Identify and qualify opportunities from marketing leads • Generate high-volume sales activities including cold calling, presentations, and RFPs • Upsell current clients on new and existing products, leveraging market insights • Oversee a team of sellers, ensuring recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and retention • Cultivate relationships with brands, agency contacts, and clients to provide tailored solutions • Work with Account Managers and other teams to ensure successful implementation of sold proposals • Support strategic sales opportunities and initiatives with the SVP, Sales for West Region

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Media or Marketing/Advertising field • 5+ years of digital advertising sales experience • Experience managing a large book of business ($4M+) • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets • Experience leading small sales teams • Programmatic experience a plus • Proficient in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong relationship-building skills • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Quick problem-solving abilities • Understanding of business drivers (P/L, Operating Statement, COGS, Revenue) • Analytical skills for data interpretation • Motivated, proactive, flexible, and creative • Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels
