• Play a key role in enhancing sales productivity across regions • Collaborate with global GTM leadership team on defining sales enablement strategy • Design and deliver global sales training programs • Establish metrics to measure impact of sales enablement programs
• 10+ years of experience leading global sales enablement programs, ideally in SaaS industry • Strong executive presence, including written/verbal communication skills & stakeholder management • Deep understanding and ability to coach on sales competencies, methodologies, and frameworks - ideally includes Command of the Message & MEDDPICC • Problem solver who is comfortable operating with ambiguity, autonomy, and taking ownership • Proactive by nature, biases towards action while building forward looking roadmaps • Culture carrier, with a strong ability and desire to roll up their sleeves and make an impact in a high-growth environment
