Description
• Fully on-site role; hybrid/remote not available. • Oversee Kasa's STILE Downtown Los Angeles property. • Drive sales strategy targeting corporate clients. • Report to General Manager; collaborate with multiple teams. • Develop action plans and sales management processes. • Build long-term relationships with customers. • Participate in company-wide meetings and share ideas.
Requirements
• 4+ years of sales experience in hospitality, focusing on corporate and extended stay. • Comprehensive knowledge of group and business travel segments in Downtown Los Angeles. • Proven ability to negotiate and close deals of all sizes. • Data-driven leader who communicates easily with stakeholders. • Strong EQ, empathy with guests and teams. • Passion for real estate, tech, and hospitality.
