Description

• Lenus is at the forefront of the health revolution, working to create a healthier and happier world • Seeking a motivated Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our Commercial team in SoCal and help drive mission efforts to new heights • Target and Empower Coaches by onboarding new holistic health coaches and expertly managing a portfolio of approximately 15-20 coaches directly • Develop coaches' businesses through strategic marketing, effective sales strategies, and innovative business development initiatives • Ensure a high level of service quality through meticulous project management, active participation in meetings, thorough material reviews, and the cultivation of strong relationships between Lenus and coaches • Be a leader in your own role and take ownership of your work

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within the technology or SaaS industry • Strong and proactive sales and negotiation skills to showcase expertise when onboarding and engaging with perspective clients • Prior experience in Social Media Marketing is highly beneficial, considering its relevance to our coaching strategies • Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client accounts • Capability to address challenges, find innovative solutions, and execute strategic plans tailored to each client's goals and objectives • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple client accounts efficiently, and meet targets consistently • Ability to handle rejection, setbacks, and challenges with a positive attitude and perseverance • Strong communication skills, including exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English. Spanish a plus!
