Description
• Oversee daily office operations • Manage relationships with office-related vendors • Act as facility liaison • Serve as a central communication point • Organize onsite and virtual meetings • Oversee the pantry and meal program • Ensure health and safety compliance • Support technology integration
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) • 3+ years of office management experience • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Google Suite, Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Pages, and Slack • Experience in vendor management • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Familiarity with HR processes and light knowledge of Office Space and Envoy (a plus)
