• Prospecting: Identify and qualify leads through targeted research, cold calling, email outreach, and networking • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and pain points of prospective clients, and tailor solutions to address their challenges effectively • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative demonstrations of ManageCasa's software to showcase its features, benefits, and value proposition • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM software to track progress and forecast future sales • Closing Deals: Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless transition to the onboarding team • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty, promote upselling opportunities, and generate referrals • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates to position ManageCasa as the premier choice for property management software

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the software or technology sector • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • High energy level, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to evolving priorities • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales productivity tools • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
