• Responsible for daily operations at NeueHouse's Venice Beach House • Reports to property General Manager • Ensure smooth member, guest, and team experiences • Collaborate with peer Directors across various functions • Focus on staffing, guest relations, and operational excellence • Drive member sales and onboarding processes • Oversee food & beverage operations and event logistics

Requirements

• Develop and support key strategic and operational initiatives • Execute and develop policies, procedures, and systems • Conduct and participate in regular departmental meetings • Lead cross-functional project management and implementation • Troubleshoot issues effectively and commercially • Have a constant presence on the floor • Manage a cohesive team of employees and subcontractors • Assume the leading role in pre and post-stay inspections • Promptly address and resolve any guest-related issues • Oversee the supply inventory • Oversee mail room processes • Manage bookings for members across all conference rooms • Work with MEAs to develop solid sales techniques • Strategize with the Membership Directors • Work directly with Membership Development team • Support new member onboarding by coordinating welcome SOP • Maintain key attention on our financial commitments and budgets • Develop action plans to support operational improvements • Weekly/monthly checkbook oversight and accountability • Assist in the preparation of the annual budgeting and forecasting • Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service • Collaborate with the General Manager • Manage the scheduling, training, and performance of food and beverage staff • Support event operations • Monitor inventory levels, vendor relationships, and purchasing • Oversee compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations • Partner with the programming and membership teams • Contribute to the development of new food and beverage concepts • Collaborate with leadership on financial reporting • Work closely with Security team • Continuously guide the security team • Oversee, and develop where needed • Ensure coverage of the house when load ins take place • Manage people to achieve performance goals • Possess excellent people management skills
