• Provide troubleshooting and problem-resolution services • Use documented processes and procedures • Provide desktop support experience • Monitor and maintain security of workstations • Perform backup operations and implement data protection processes • Achieve high level of customer satisfaction
• Administration experience in GSuite and Office 365 domains • Minimum of 2 years of tech support experience • Experience in customer service • Excellent communication and organizational skills • High level of expertise in Linux and Windows • Familiarity with TCP/IP networking • Proficient in resolving hardware issues • Ability to lift up to 40lbs • Network and server experience • Mobile phone support experience
