• Help clients connect with therapists. • Drive demand through building relationships. • Represent practice in the community. • Utilize promotional resources to attract clients. • Schedule appointments and conduct assessments. • Manage client waitlist and onboarding. • Maintain a welcoming office environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience building relationships to drive business growth in a client-facing role. • Bachelor’s degree in business or communications, preferably with emphasis in sales or marketing. • Experience in or understanding of community surrounding mental health needs. • Experience identifying and building relationships with key accounts. • A proactive and positive attitude towards client and therapist support. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail. • Proficiency in data management and CRM systems, Keap or other. • Goal-oriented with a track record of optimizing against key metrics.
