🔄 Hybrid – San Francisco
• Be one of the first SDRs at an early-stage startup. • Work directly with the CEO & our team in SF in a dynamic, supportive environment. • Develop and maintain lists of potential clients. • Conduct outreach via cold calls, email campaigns, and strategic social media engagement. • Make 100+ calls/day to meet and exceed quota. • Set up qualified meetings for Account Executives. • Provide product feedback to improve our offerings. • Test and optimize email creatives and outreach strategies. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and tech teams to ensure alignment. • Adapt to the dynamic environment of a fast-growing startup.
• 1+ years of outbound SDR experience at seed-stage or Series A tech startups. • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and generating high-quality leads. • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (Apollo, Outreach). • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of the restaurant, hospitality, or event management industries is a plus.
