• As a Business Development Representative you’ll play a key role in creating new prospects and clients • Provide an exceptional client experience, ability to show compassion, while building new relationships with organizations to help them achieve their next stage of growth • Responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account • Generate and secure new sales revenue by prospecting and adding customers • Grow your career through best-in-class training and opportunities with our parent company
• Design an action plan to successfully create new business and build client relationships • Create and maintain sales route records • Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects • Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of HVAC • Responsible for achieving company sales targets and update management on the status of accounts • Opportunities for growth and potential to oversee sales staff • Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of the company in the community • Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner • Attend weekly sales meetings • Regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc. • Maintain customer contact database • Make group presentations to prospect organizations • Integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities (promotions, advertising, exhibitions, telemarketing, social media marketing, etc.)
