Requirements
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role in the events industry • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Google & Microsoft Systems including Asana • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
