• Develop trusting relationships with existing and potential new customers • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Proven experience as a key account manager • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels • Excellent organizational skills • Willingness to travel • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or a relevant field • Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
