Description
• Drive customer satisfaction, strengthen customer relationships, and build trusted advisor relationships • Engage with customers for successful deployment and value realization of Pure Storage / Portworx licenses • Define key metrics for success and build processes for customer growth
Requirements
• 3 + years’ experience in customer-facing, relationship management role • 1 + years experience working with container orchestration technology in an enterprise environment • Excellent communication, project management, presentation, and problem-solving skills required • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks • Written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated ability to handle critical issues • Willingness and ability to travel • Ability to adapt to new business lines • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field • Good technical knowledge of VMware, Linux, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, AWS and Azure • Broad understanding of the cloud native landscape • Ability to seek and identify new use cases • Ability to run technical demonstration sessions
