Requirements
•1+ years of experience in talent operations, HR coordination, or a related administrative role in a fast-paced environment •Experience working with various calendar and MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) •Strong written and verbal communication skills and a positive, customer-service oriented approach •Willing to work in-person at Relativity’s Long Beach Headquarters as needed (3-4 days a week) •Nice to haves: Previous coordination experience using Greenhouse ATS, Ability to respond to inefficiencies with new and creative solutions
