• Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, fostering long-term relationships based on trust and mutual success. • Regularly engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s industry and market to anticipate their needs. • Work closely with clients to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with their business objectives. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling relevant products/services. • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. • Monitor account performance and client satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. • Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue growth, customer retention, and profitability
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (MBA preferred). • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related client-facing role, preferably in a B2B environment. • Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts, with a focus on strategic planning and execution. • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to understand and articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
