Description

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for the region. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify opportunities and threats. • Create and execute sales plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve business objectives. • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team within the region. • Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations. • Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment to drive team success. • Lead by example and actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, client meetings, and negotiations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers. • Monitor sales activities and track progress towards goals, making adjustments as needed. • Understand customer needs and preferences in the fitness industry. • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. • Collect and analyze data related to sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management with insights and recommendations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals. • Communicate market insights and customer feedback to assist in product development and improvement. • Travel within the assigned region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the fitness industry. • Strong understanding of the fitness industry, including fitness equipment, health and wellness trends, and competitor products and services. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. • Willingness to travel as required within the region. • Goal-oriented and results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets. • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
