• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the fitness industry. • Strong understanding of the fitness industry, including fitness equipment, health and wellness trends, and competitor products and services. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. • Willingness to travel as required within the region. • Goal-oriented and results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets. • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
