• Set up, strategize, grow and execute channel sale partnerships globally • Provide a clear direction to the leadership on how and where to accelerate growth • Collaborate with key stakeholders globally • Develop new relationships and agreements with strategic players • Structure and close commercial deals for revenue growth • Collaborate with sales and product teams • Work closely with product teams to meet market needs • Act as a liaison for partners • Drive the strategic partnership's agenda globally

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, finance, IT, or related discipline • 5+ years of experience in business development or partnership management • Deep understanding of cross-border payments, fintech, and enterprise tech ecosystem • Demonstrable track record of achieving/exceeding commercial targets • Excitement to work across a global remit with global travel • Exceptional communicator and influencer • Strategic yet hands-on mindset • Entrepreneurial drive and problem-solving skills • Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced and geographically diverse company • High flexibility to travel and cover multiple markets globally • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
