Description

• Design, build, test, launch, monitor, and support features in our React Native mobile application built for Android and iOS to motivate patients to achieve better health and earn rewards. • Deliver experiences that use the camera and other device capabilities to drive daily engagement. • Develop offline and fallback capabilities to support those with spotty online coverage or legacy handsets. • Build and run experiments for experiences that incorporate gamification and behavioral economics techniques. • Enable scalability with features optimized for performance and responsiveness. • Protect privacy by following secure SDLC guidelines to maintain our HITRUST certification. • Maintain a high-quality bar to achieve a delightful app experience, allowing us to maintain or exceed our 4.8+ star rating in the Apple App Store and 4.9+ star rating in the Google Play Store. • Be one of the team’s leaders with loosely held strong opinions, with an ego-less, highly-collaborative, servant-leadership mentality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience building mobile applications. • 7+ years of professional experience troubleshooting, remediating, and learning from operational issues with a production mobile application. • Accomplished in writing idiomatic TypeScript that sets the example for code readability, maintainability, and simplicity. • Accomplished writing unit and integration tests to validate the correctness of all critical code. • Accomplished with Git and version control best practices. • A consistent track record of solving ambiguous and highly complex technical problems with reliable delivery of their solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication.
