Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (or relevant experience would be preferred) • With prior experience in complex advanced manufacturing, you will have successfully shown the ability to understand clients and manufacturing methods in a high technology machining environment • Demonstrated successful business development experience with proven delivered business growth and in-depth knowledge of manufacturing future technologies • Proven commercial acumen to assess, document and strategically plan business change into new markets • Knowledge of manufacturing processes – Electro-Discharge Machining (EDM), laser welding, laser drilling, laser micro-machining, and milling • Applicants must be a US Citizen or existing Green Card Holder due to our customer facilities access requirement • Based in or around San Jose, CA, but willing to travel to visit customers and for trade events.
