Description

•As a Senior Account Manager, manage large complex accounts and strategize with teams •Ensure seamless insurance placement process from start to finish •Analyze carrier quotes, negotiate terms, and make recommendations to clients •Support relationship management efforts and collaborate with team members •Field client questions and manage administrative tasks for coordination •Complete all account management and renewal tasks accurately •Develop specifications and analyze existing coverages for best client solutions •Manage evolving property schedules and maintain high organization level •Prepare detailed premium allocations and corresponding invoices for financial accuracy •Deliver client service in the absence of an Account Executive

Requirements

•7+ years of related Real Estate insurance brokerage experience •Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook •Preference given to candidates with a college degree, though a high school diploma or equivalent experience is required •Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. •Broker’s license required to be acquired during the onboarding period. •Required to obtain the applicable insurance license(s) within 90 days of date of hire •Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation required •Previous supervisory, training and/or formal mentoring experience desirable
