• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Marketing to streamline sales processes • Perform lead and pipeline analyses and sales performance analyses • Conduct regular analysis of pipeline health and velocity • Partner with marketing and sales on lead generation process • Assist with territory assignments and account assignments • Generate and maintain detailed documentation of policies and processes • Analyze lead generation sources, conversion rates, and lead-to-opportunity progression • Develop and implement strategies to improve lead qualification processes • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics
• 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations • Experience configuring and administering CRM applications (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales) • Experience in supporting a global sales team at a public SaaS company • Experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI or a similar product • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university • A strong team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude • A resourceful self-starter and a high achiever • Excellent multitasker with strong time and project management skills • Strong communicator, both written & verbal • Highest level of integrity and good judgment
