Description

• Our Figure Lending team is looking for a dynamic, growth-oriented sales leader who can help us scale by identifying new business opportunities and securing partnerships with banks, credit unions, and other licensed financial services entities. • In this role, you will build and grow a robust network and be responsible for sourcing and structuring as well as negotiating and implementing a strong portfolio of meaningful partnerships and business opportunities. • Collaboration will be a pivotal part of the role with the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the company and with external partners as you develop and execute partnership strategies. • As the Director of Lending Partnership Sales for Financial Institutions, you will be a key driver in shaping Figure Lending's growth and success through strategic partnerships in the space. • Your experience and leadership will play a pivotal role in the achievement of our business objectives and the continuous improvement of our partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years total in partnerships/business development experience and relationships within the Bank, Credit Union, and financial institution space. Experience with mortgage origination is a plus. • Strong sales skills, go-getter mentality • Creative and structured thinker who finds ways to unblock challenging problems • Great commercial and product instincts • Strong communicator comfortable presenting to senior executives and decision-makers internally and externally • Data and analysis driven in all business decisions • Incredibly responsive, organized and solution-oriented • Curious and creative, consistently seeking out ways to improve our partnerships and business • Deep and varied experience as a deal maker and growth leader in business development and/or strategic partnerships • Experience preparing industry analyses and presentations, and presenting to Executive Leadership, internal and external. • Demonstrated success at partnering, prioritizing and balancing needs cross-functionally. • Proficiency using HubSpot or other CRM tools
