Description
• Handling daily tasks for the CEO and leadership team • Organizing information and conducting necessary research • Providing general administrative support to team members • Liaising with internal/external stakeholders and managing communication • Supporting strategic initiatives and special projects • Assisting in hiring and onboarding process
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 5-10 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role • Experience in a startup environment is a strong plus • Proficiency in Google Suite (gmail, calendar, etc), Slack, and IOS operating systems • Experience with Notion a plus • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels • Impeccable dependability, trustworthiness, and discretion, especially regarding highly sensitive/confidential materials and information • Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and solve problems independently • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
