Description
• Make B2B outbound sales calls to prospective clients. • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team. • Find and research businesses that would benefit from services. • Make 50-100 sales calls and e-mails per day. • Manage and update the CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics). • Prepare reports as defined by management. • Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation metrics. • Manage regular email and social media campaigns. • Other duties as necessary. • Compensation based upon experience. • Training program and career progression into sales.
Requirements
• High school diploma, college degree preferred but not necessary. • 1-2 years B2B outbound call center or equivalent experience prospecting and/or cold calling highly desirable. • Highly organized, able to follow a systematic method and sales process. • Customer service-oriented and highly effective communication skills. • Detailed oriented and must be able to work independently. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). • Prior experience using a CRM system
