• Focused on managing renewals and driving ARR growth through strategic cross-selling and upselling • Manage a diverse book of approximately 100-120 accounts • Hold a quota and be responsible for optimizing your own sales process • Demo existing customers on our Automate product • Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Team
• 3 or more years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a full-cycle sales or closing role • Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying role • Experience managing a book of business with 30-40 deals/opportunities per month • Exceptional skills in account planning and value-based selling • Ability to understand complex ideas, automate processes, and manage your own pipeline • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment • Tech-savvy, acting as a solutions consultant • Passionate about selling and eager to be coached • Outstanding negotiation skills, verbal, written, and presentation skills in English
