• Coach, mentor, manage and grow/build an enterprise sales team of 4 Account Executives. • Oversee and manage enterprise sales initiatives for assigned regional markets. • Ensure proper hygiene throughout the sales cycle in alignment with Sales Operations. • Accurately forecast pipeline. • Qualify opportunities for appropriate internal resources delegation. • Guide negotiations to conform with Ivalua standard T’s and C’s. • Develop and administer sales strategies.
• Min 5 years of sales leadership experience. • Proven success in building and scaling enterprise sales teams. • Proven track record in achieving quota targets in enterprise SaaS sales. • Strong track record of working collaboratively with all parties. • Proven to have built key relationships and mentored a world-class sales team. • Successfully built and led a team of quota exceeders.
