Jasper is a biotechnology company focused on targeting mast cells and stem cells to treat chronic diseases.
• Oversee key HR functions, including HR Operations, benefits administration, compensation, Performance Management & HR Generalist activities. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and labor laws across multiple locations. • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues. • Manage conflict resolution and promote a positive and inclusive work environment. • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. • Manage and oversee Jasper’s HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data accuracy. • Prepare reports and analytics for decision-making purposes. • Partner with Talent Acquisition and the business to help deliver quality onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred. • Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the biotech or life sciences industry.
