Description
• Lead sales initiatives and showcase SaaS platform benefits. • Develop business plans to reach sales goals. • Manage sales cycle from lead generation to closure. • Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales support. • Handle customer complaints and negotiate agreements.
Requirements
• 6+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in IT or technology. • 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions; experience with accounting or financial applications is a plus. • Prior experience in the Property Management Software space is highly desirable. • Strong knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and negotiating strategies. • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Strong business acumen with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction. • Enthusiastic, proactive, and goal-driven. • BSc or BA in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
