Description

• As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, you will provide high-level administrative support and be an integral part of our team. • This role requires strong problem-solving skills, forward-thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to anticipate needs. • The ideal candidate is able to interact with all levels of relationships from the Board of Directors, to high profile collaborations and friends of the brand, to employees and the media.

Requirements

• 5-10+ years experience as an Executive Assistant providing support to a senior executives • Advanced PC skills (proficient using Google Suite, Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet) • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) • Analytical, strong problem solver and extremely organized • Capable of managing multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards • Strong adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness • A proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision making skills • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
