• Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint and pursue potential leads. • Proactively identify and engage potential customers, generating new business opportunities through strategic outreach. • Employ advanced prospecting tools to collect data on potential clients. • Develop tailored outreach strategies by understanding each prospect’s business context. • Efficiently manage and track lead engagement using CRM tools. • Achieve and surpass targets related to lead generation. • Continually refine and optimize lead generation strategies.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an SDR (preference for candidates with a background in hardware/technical SaaS and/or hardware/industrials sales) • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong client relationships. • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
