• Provide hands on administrative support for the Executive staff including managing their calendar, arranging travel, and handling confidential information • Manage office operations, including procurement of office supplies and equipment, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the maintenance of office facilities • Organize and coordinate company events and meetings, both internal and external including vendor logistics (food, venue, etc) • Maintain office files and records in an organized and confidential manner • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior-level executives and employees, to resolve issues and facilitate smooth operations • Provide administrative support to other departments, as needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an executive assistant or office manager • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite • Experience with office management and procurement of office supplies and equipment • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment
